Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Deposits:

1.1. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required. This deposit confirms your commitment and ensures the availability of our services for your specified date and time.

1.2. The deposit can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled appointment.

1.3. In the event of cancellation by the client, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.

2. Travel and Parking Fees:

2.1. For on-location services, a travel fee may be applicable based on the distance to the specified venue.

2.2. Additionally, if parking is not readily available or incurs a cost, the client will be responsible for covering any parking fees incurred by the makeup artist.

2.3. The travel and parking fees will be communicated to the client during the booking process and are subject to agreement between the client and the makeup artist.

2.4. The travel and parking fees, if applicable, will be added to the total cost of the services and must be paid along with the remaining balance on the day of the scheduled appointment.

3. Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

3.1. If the client wishes to change the appointment date or time, reasonable notice must be provided to the makeup artist, subject to availability.

3.2. In the event of cancellation by the client, the 40% non-refundable deposit will be retained by the makeup artist as a cancellation fee.

3.3. In the unlikely event that the makeup artist needs to cancel the appointment, a full refund of the deposit will be provided to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities:

4.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process, including the venue address and contact details.

4.2. The client is responsible for informing the makeup artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing skin conditions that may affect the makeup application process.

4.3. The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and hygienic workspace for the makeup artist during the appointment.
